We are seeking a motivated individual to join our customer service team! The successful candidate is responsible for some or all the functions covering reception, printing, mailing, billing support, new loss support and will work from the corporate office in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania.

Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze situations and make reasonable judgements.
Knowledge of phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Familiarity with postal regulations and courier services is a plus.

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
Willingness to obtain relevant insurance education as required.
The position may be filled at either an entry or skilled level, commensurate with experience.
