Best Practices
As on the main FAQ page, please:
- Check your personal e-mail inboxes, not just your work e-mail. (Which addressmight you have given at induction?)
Check your spam or junk folder as well. - Double-check your spelling.
- Use your 8-digit ESR / Assignment number for your username, not your e-Roster or Microsoft logins.
More tips:
- The correct login page ishttps://elht-learninghub.co.uk.
- Do you have multiple e-mail addresses?
Which one would you have given out at induction?
What is the ELHT Learning Hub website?
Go tohttps://elht-learninghub.co.ukfor the ELHT Learning Hub login page.
(This is not the same website aswww.ehub.elht.nhs.uk,www.e-lfh.org.uk, or nhs.learnprouk.com.
Trying to log in to any of these websites with your ELHT Learning Hub details will not work.)
The national Learning Hub (learninghub.nhs.uk) is a repository of resources covering all facets of medical education.
However, for any activity specifically related to your role with ELHT, please use elht-learninghub.co.uk.
How do I reset my password? While logged out of ELHT's Learning Hub
If this is not in your inbox, please check work emails e.g nhs.net or any personal emails you may have. Check your spam or junk folder. See also "Which e-mail address is registered to my Learning Hub account?" (Your reset message may time out if you click the link too long after it has been sent. Like many technical issues, just try again and see if that works.) While logged into ELHT's Learning HubYou can also change your password while logged in.

What is my username?
ELHT colleagues:
Use your 8-digit ESR or assignment number without your last name e.g. "12345678" for your username.
You can find your assignment or ESR number from your payslip, onmy.esr.nhs.uk.
Do not use usernames that look like "LastName12345678" or "123FLastna45".
You can also use the e-mail address registered to your account.
Which e-mail address is registered to my ELHT Learning Hub account?
If you have more than one personal e-mail address, you can reset your password to find out which one it is.
Check the accounts for the e-mail message.
The address that received them is your registered e-mail and can be used as your username.
This is especially important if you used someone else's e-mail to apply for your current role.
Try to use an e-mail address for your login that only you can access.
Check your spam or junk folder.
The sender will be '[emailprotected]'. Please add this address as a contact.
How do I update my details?
To change your registered e-mail address:
- At the top-right, click your name, profile picture or the down arrow icon.
- From there, click 'Profile'.
- Click'Change email'.
NB: Your profile information is obtained from ESR and cannot be edited.
It takes time for details like job title to be updated, sometimes up to 8 weeks.
How do I edit certain profile fields?
If your name, job title or workplace change, it will update in ESR.
After this, it can update within a few weeks.
The change will then be reflected in your profile information.
What if I just need to contact someone?
Explore our contact advice page forTips and Tricks to help us help you faster.
We still receive many messages about many different topics.
We will ask you if you have followed the instructions on this page.
Some messages sent to us are meant for other teams, or the course contact.
Asking us will delay you from getting the answers or solutions you need.
The staff intranet (OLI, not the wider internet) has resources for these queries.
Hover your mouse over the 'Corporate' menu option on OLI to see what is available.Scroll down to see the whole list. However, please do contact us foranything about Technology-Enhanced Learning.
This could be training, testing new ideas / innovation, or tech support (which is more efficient as training).
